Business Support Services
Administration & Reception
Provide great admin support and customer service, respond to queries quickly, and liaise with others to amend documents, gain approvals and make appointments.
Conveyancing
Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish to ensure approvals are obtained and deadlines met, and of course accurate records are maintained.
Finance
Take responsibility for accounting and finance functions, including month-end reports, budgets, forecasts, analysis, management accounts, P&L and balance sheets.
HR
Advise on a broad range of people-related issues, such as performance management, recruitment, training, organisational development, employee relations, rewards and recognition, succession planning and Workers’ Compensation.
IT
This is a key function providing high-level support, development, implementation and analysis of IT systems.
Legal
Ensure the efficient co-ordination and execution of contracts between tenant, our service providers, and property owner.
Marketing
The Investa Marketing department drives the strategy for Investa’s positioning in the market place from a branding, communications, marketing collateral, eCommerce and media perspective.
Sustainability, Safety and Environment
We look to our Sustainability, Safety and Environment team to ensure the work environment at all sites is safe and healthy, risks are minimised and all efforts to improve the sustainability of our assets and sites are pursued including reductions in energy, water and waste.
