Recruitment opportunities - we may use your personal information supplied, (telephone number, fax number, postal address, and or email address) in order to communicate with you about our opportunities. You may also delete or modify your data at any time (see "deletion instructions" below).
Verification of your resume - we may disclose personal information about you to a former employer, an academic institution or any referee nominated by you for the purposes of verifying information contained in your resume. Please note that if your resume contains personal information about another individual (such as a referee), you are responsible for ensuring that the individual is made aware of the contents of this Careers Privacy Statement and the fact that information about them has been provided to us.
Recruitment analysis - we may use information for internal recruitment analysis, for example, to assess trends amongst our potential staff or to measure the amount of traffic to our websites, and we also use and we may also provide this information to a third party agency, who use web trends to evaluate the effectiveness of our service. We may also share non-personal information with others, such as our service providers, in aggregate anonymous form, which means that the information will not contain any personally identifiable information about you.

Profile deletion instructions
You will have an opportunity to delete your profile at any time. If you would like to delete your profile please access your own account (log in using your Username (Email Address) and password) and go to "Edit Profile" then click on "Delete" button. We will then delete your personal data subject to any overriding Investa records retention schedules that apply under local law.
Update your details
To amend your profile please access your own account (log in using your Username (Email Address) and password) and go to "Update Details".
It is important to ensure that all of the personal information submitted by you is accurate and up-to-date. We will rely on this information to assess you for employment.
Retention of information
Please contact us if you would like to remove your resume from our records.
The Investa careers website
Investa has engaged RecruitASP Pty Limited for the purposes of processing data for our recruitment purposes. All of the information collected through our careers website will be used by RecruitASP solely for this purpose and for no other purpose. This is our current Careers Privacy Statement outlining our personal information management practices in relation to personal information collected for the purposes of our recruitment process.
